Its founder trained as an architect and urban designer before spending decades in capital markets and large-scale development. We set the strategy, structure the investment, and bring together the right partners to see it through.
Founder
Brian Moran
Founder
Brian Moran is an architect, entrepreneur and senior real estate executive with over 35 years' experience in Paris, Moscow and Dublin, leading large-scale development and urban regeneration projects and working closely with local and national governments and institutional investors.
For 15 years he built and led Hines' business in Ireland, growing it from inception into one of the country's largest real estate platforms. He oversaw significant aspects of major mixed-use and residential developments, including Cherrywood, Ireland's largest new town for 30,000 people.
Combining design, planning, policy and capital markets expertise, Brian's experience spans land development strategy, transport- and infrastructure-led growth, public-private partnerships, and the structural conditions that enable or constrain housing delivery at scale. He has advised government entities and institutions on housing and regeneration policy.
He holds a Dip.Arch and B.Sc.(Arch) from DIT and an MBA from the University of Chicago, and completed Harvard executive education focused on real estate PPPs.
